THANKSGIVING DINNER AND DIVE

Join us again this year on Sunday November 20th for o u r 5 t h a n n u a l Thanksgiving Dinner and Dive with SCS at Ginnie Springs Dive Resort. Last year we had the best dinner and dive to date. Over 180 divers and non-divers came out and enjoyed a traditional Thanksgiving Dinner and dive the crystal clear water of Ginnie Springs. Those that did not dive were able to snorkel, canoe, kayak, and go tubing down the Santa Fe River. Some just lounged around and made new friends. "Scuba Mon" Jim, GI Joe, Angie and Youser Clouser cooked 18 turkeys, 5 hams and a couple dozen bobwhite quail. Mary and the others prepared all the fixings and we topped it off with cakes and pies galore. Again this year "Bob's Bodacious Bistro" will be preparing his special sweet potato casserole. We may be able to get Jen to bake her famous apple pie. As an added plus last year, our vendors gave us over $5000.00 in scuba diving equipment to be given away as door prizes. Once again our vendors have been very generous in donating door prizes for you our valued customers and friends. To date we have received over $2,000 in merchandise such as cylinders, computers, lights, CDs, scuba dressing mats and many other great prizes including a 7 Day SCUBA Live Aboard cruise. Hopefully we can surpass the $5000.00 in donations that was given last year. Come join us again this year. Watch the Master Chefs Joe, Clouser and Scuba Mon Jim transform raw turkeys into a culinary delight. If you

have not eaten deep fried turkey, you have not lived. Reserve your spot early by calling and putting your name on the list. The only charge is the admission fee to Ginnie Springs which is $28.00 for divers and $10.00 for non-divers payable to SCS. If you wish to help out and bring a covered dish, just let us know what you are bringing. Camping is always an option for those that do not want to get up early Sunday morning. Spruce Creek Scuba will be offering free rentals and air fills for this event as long as supplies last. This is just our way of saying thanks to all of you for making SCS the business it is today.

ROATAN TRIP OF THE YEAR

Ou r S e p t e m b e r Blackbeard’s trip was such a success that for 2006 we have planned another major dive excursion. Roatan, Honduras is our destination. Join your friends at SCS from June 25, 2006 through July 2, 2006 for 8 days and 7 nights at the all inclusive Fantasy Island Resort. Enjoy three boat dives daily with unlimited shore diving on the world’s second largest barrier reef. Wrecks, reefs, walls and we’ve even got a night dive scheduled. All rooms have a/c, satellite TV, refrigerator, telephones, internet access, private balconies and a water front view of the white sandy beaches. Three International and local buffet style meals are served daily with large a variety of delicious entries. Also included is round trip airfare direct from Miami and return.
